I always assumed it was the CIA doing it. They don't want good relations with Cuba.

Oh no, so this is no longer a viable avenue for distracting the public from the corporate capture of every structure of power in the country? What ever shall we do.

Get this, during WWII when we broke the Enigma machine we kept it secret and let a lot of sailors and ships sink because it would let the Germans know we had broke their code machine. In the same aspect if we let on that we know what device is causing this illness would let the foreign country very accurately where we have spies and in what industries… assuming we have them everywhere in everything.

Hmm, the majority of UFO / UAP reports are also easily explained. But the 1% that aren't is still significant.

Regardless of the veracity of any of the 200 + purported accounts of 'Havana Syndrome,' this ongoing silly charade that just a few countries "may" have this "new" and "mysterious" technology, is preposterous, considering High-Power Microwave (HPM) technology emerged in the late 60s and early 70s — ** 50 YEARS AGO ** — along with advances in pulsed power technology, which was weaponized many years ago.
