A California girl was arrested Tuesday after a video appeared to indicate her encouraging her daughter to battle one other teenage woman, officers stated.

Barbara Cypress, 40, was arrested by the Turlock Police Division at her residence. On Friday, a video captured her showing to carry a teenage woman so her daughter may punch the teenager at Columbia Park in Turlock.
