    I tried to make this and forgot to account for the difference in measuring systems.. So I set it to 175 degrees Fahrenheit for the oven when he meant Celsius. :I I couldn't figure out how I messed it up and assumed I had too much liquid for the meat to tenderize properly and it just clicked a week later.

    You never have a sharp enough knife because you keep rubbing the edge on the kutting board you dolt.
    If you want to brown the beef the heats needs to be on high, not on low.
    Also, 1 knife per ingredient ? Good thing the tomato was already diced.

    I absolutely hate his kitchen hygiene. I was a cook for about for 4 years (not too long). He handles raw beef, goes to a container of flower, handles raw pork, goes to a container of salt, and handles the cutting boards and utensils without washing his hands. He does everything without washing his hands once, which is a big no no, especially with pork, nonetheless
