Gordon is just doing this for publicity. He knows he’s gonna rob all those hanging steaks from the kitchens trail. That’s why he didn’t show the second part 😂 ruthless but smart.

I have personally seen something similar where an addict who had done time was given a place in a business and a huge amount of praise for their turnaround. Unfortunately they then just used that position to steal large amounts of money in order to fund their newly returned habit.
My opinion is that people need to claw their way up from the bottom and relearn good habits rather than be given amazing opportunities that might mask their still existing pain which they then go and cover with returning to addiction.

Proving once again that sometimes you just need an opportunity. That’s Paul McDonald. After finding great success at Savoy Grill, Paul took his savings, and went on to found one of the biggest corporations in the world; McDonald’s. How blessed, god is good.

sadly no matter what opportunities you are given , i bet his first pay check went all to drugs. that shit takes a hold of you and will call you back home every time with out fail. it takes a very strong minded person to recover from that stuff, most people don’t have the power to do that. i one was soon as i saw his teeth he was not going to get clean, he’s been down too far to turn back. please stay away from the bad shit. all it takes is once

This is so amazing everyone deserves rehabilitation it’s so awesome to see you working with inmates 👏🏻

  • Amber M on April 14, 2021

Too bad the guy effed it up. He could have really used this opportunity to change his life. As a former addict in recovery, I would LOVE to have a career opportunity HANDED to me like this. But I guess everyone gets sober in their own time. It just sucks because he was clean fresh out of prison so dope sickness wasn't the motive. He straight up went out of his way to throw it all away.

As we all know most of prison systems around the world are broken. We lock up criminals and take their rights away but we turn our heads around because they are criminals and we say “they deserve it”. In reality it is just a loop because once a prisoner goes into the real world they have to go back to what they know best in order to survive. Is that really fighting crime? Most prisons don’t offer hope, skill, knowledge or even therapy. If we change the prison system the prisoners can go back into the real world after serving their time and actually change for the better. Instead of depriving the people that need help the most in society lets help them become better members of our civilized world.
