– 1 tsp dijon mustard
– 1/2 diced shallot
– 1 tbsp gherkins
– 1 tbsp capers
– 1 tbsp salt
– pepper to taste
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– foie gras truffle
– micro arugula
– butter
– bread
