Nissan, Carlos Ghosn Charged With Underreporting His Compensation

TOKYO—Nissan Motor Co.’s Carlos Ghosn was formally charged with understating his compensation in Nissan’s monetary studies, and prosecutors took steps to make sure he would spend Christmas in jail.
