Peanut Butter + Jelly Energy Bites

Peanut Butter + Jelly Power Bites

Complete Time: 15 minutes

Components:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/four cup chia seeds
  • 1/four cup floor flax seeds
  • pinch of kosher salt
  • half of cup pure peanut butter
  • 1/four cup maple syrup
  • 1/three cup dried cherries, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Mix all elements in a big bowl and gently combine collectively till they’re effectively mixed and you’ve got a thick dough.
  2. Scoop a heaping tablespoon of the dough into the palms of your hand and roll right into a ball. Place on baking tray and repeat till you’ve got used all of the dough (it is best to have 15 vitality bites).
  3. Retailer in an air tight container within the fridge for as much as 10 days. Take pleasure in!
