    What would be a good dairy free sub for the cream? I would think coconut cream or milk but I don't want that flavor.

    You never taste straight into the mouth with the spoon and put it back in the sauce. Not hygienic at all.

    The salmon looks great but that shingle you served it on just lets the sauce drip off the edge. Keep it on a plate, don't waste the sauce.

    Hmm, I don't have white wine. Substitutions?

    Edit: Ok, I made this not long after watching the video and I ended up using chicken stock instead of wine. I also didn't have dill, but with all the other ingredients you can't really tell. I still tasted the zestiness that the dill would've brung b/c of the lemon. Tasted really good! I paired the fish with brown rice and broccoli.
