    The meat is not good it must be at least half leg and thigh meat if you debone it and leave the skin in it’s even better because the breast is too dry so half and half works way better and I marinade the meat for 1 day so the flavor goes in and the breast must be thin you can get that with a hammer that way flavor goes in better.
