Well, I would like to speak out that this is NOT a silence. If someone does not say a thing, does not take a stand because the advice from the lawyer, that can be seen as a silence, as a matter of facts, a person has right to the silence.
However, Trump insulted Judges, Judges' family, Prosecutors, witnesses, Department of Justice, even under a Gag order, then he claims in the public that he is innocent, and at the same time, he did not take the stand.. This is not a silence. This is called a denial of guilt.
Chicken Little dropped this case. Wile E. Coyote couldn't get away from these charges. Foghorn Leghorn said there is no crime here and I should have testified. All of this is a sham. Nobody has ever seen anything like it.
