The title made me think ANOTHER ONE occurred. Weird the police would hold a press conference for this incident that happened last year… usually it’s just a press release of info and the media reports on it.

16 rounds of OC and CS "pepper spray and tear gas" where deployed in 8 and 1/2 minutes. The last munition was fired into the house 1 minute and 11 seconds prior to the explosion. Another Waco!!!
Curious what he needed all the Bleach for. 'Possibly' gasoline in the house was the 'Possible' source of the explosion? Field Investigators/Arson Investigators couldn't tell for sure even though this kind of thing is their specialty? An arson investigator can normally determine what the cause was as small as a match because they are that skilled.
What were they trying to hide/destroy? Being closed to DC is very suspicious. Did the owner or tenant work for the government? 🧐

This is like the 22nd house or business this year alone!! Something IS going on!!! There were over 40 home explosions nationwide last year

As it turned out to be, the Bearcat was necessary but I'm curious as to why they think they needed such serious equipment?
