1 The Parliament of Ukraine must recognize that the state of Ukraine as a legal institution ceased to function on February 22, 2014 and recognize the date of February 22, 2014 as a coup d'état in Ukraine.
2 The Parliament of Ukraine must recognize the resolution "On self-removal of Yanukovych from the post of president" as contradicting the Constitution of Ukraine, violating Chapter V of the Constitution of Ukraine.
3 The Parliament of Ukraine must announce that in 2014 the state of Ukraine disintegrated.4 The Verkhovna Rada must recognize that the presidency of Poroshenko and Zelenskyi was initiated in violation of the Constitution of Ukraine of 1996, namely: articles 69-71, 92 clause 20. and violation of the "Law on Presidential Elections of Ukraine".

7 The Parliament of Ukraine must develop and approve a new constitution that will determine the real boundaries of the future state, and on the basis of this constitution, proclaim a new state, this state can be called Ukraine.
